Attention Seniors: potential e-mail problems

Dear College Park,

Between January 4 and January 25, 2018, students using emails addresses were only receiving emails from or email addresses. Any emails from outside email addresses, such as companies and colleges, would not have been received by the student during this period in time.

As this may be a concern to students filling out college applications and/or financial aid forms, we are asking that students be encouraged to check-in with institutions, for status updates, login in to their college portal  directly to see if there are outstanding items needed.

While unfortunately, we do not have full access to emails that may have been rejected during this time, we do have a report of emails that were rejected from accounts from .edu email addresses. Ms. Lowe was given a list of email headings and is in the process of reaching out to seniors about potentially urgent matters. Thank you for your support on this unfortunate situation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
