While school is closed due to the corona virus (COVID-19), here some websites and PDF's with local resources and text/chat lines for students/families.  We hope that you are still engaging in self-care and are receiving the support that you need during this time.

If you’re uncomfortable talking on the phone, you can also text NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Health) to 741-741 to be connected to a free, trained crisis counselor on the Crisis Text Line.

Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as the statewide emergency response system for youth (ages 12-24) and families in crisis.
