32nd District PTA 2019 Scholarship

  Deadline: January 21st, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements: 

   - Member of the school PTSA 

   - Minimum 2.0 GPA  

   - Plan to attend a technical or trade, two-year, or four-year accredited school

Rossmoor Scholarships 2019

  Deadline: February 4th, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements:

   - Minimum 3.3 unweighted GPA

   - An EFC of less than $20,000 (EFC is listed on the top of a student's completed FAFSA)

   - Involvement school or community activities

   (**Please note**:

    1. There are additional scholarships to apply to listed halfway through the application: Hagerstrom Award, Kaplan Award, Chinese-American Award, Peratis Award, and Chamber Music.

    2. Work on the essays in a separate word or google doc because the application does not save)


Bay Area All Star Scholarship

  Deadline: February 10th, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements:

   - Be a college-bound senior at a Bay Area high school

   - Be a legal resident

   - Minimum 3.0 GPA

   - Demonstrated interest in extracurriculars


Sons of Italy Western Foundation Scholarship

  Deadline: March 1st, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements: 

   - Whole or partially of Italian descent

   - Must be enrolled in accredited 2 or 4 year college, or CTE school in fall of 2019


California Association of Winegrape Growers Foundation Scholarship

  Deadline: March 8th, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements:

   - Graduating senior planning on attending California community college, CSU, or UC 

   - Has a parent or legal guardian who is employed by a California vineyard during 2018-2019 growing season


Foster Youth Scholarships

  Deadline: March 13, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements:

   - Current or former foster youth from/in Contra Costa county

   - Enrolling or attending 2 or 4-year college, or CTE school


State Council Cabrillo Civic Clubs of California Scholarship

  Deadline: March 15th, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements: 

   - Must be a US citizen or permanent resident of Portuguese descent

   - Minimum 3.5 weighted total GPA

   - Participated in at least 3 extracurricular activities

   - Plan on attending an accredited community college, CTE school, or college


Assistance League of Diablo Valley

  Deadline: March 18, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements:

   - Minimum 3.0 GPA

   - Resident of Contra Costa county

   - Financial need

   - Graduating senior attending a 4-year college

   - Community involvement, school activities, and employment hours

   - Taken SAT/ACT, filled out FAFSA

   - (Note: The application is also available on their website under "high School Application"


Allan Petersdorf Memorial Scholarship

  Deadline: March 29th, 2019

  Eligibility Requirements:

   - Minimum GPA of 2.5

   - Current or former foster youth from/in Contra Costa

   - Attending or enrolling in a 2 or 4-year college

   - Financial need


Vocational Grant Application

   Deadline: 3 to 6 weeks before start of program

   Eligibility Requirements:

     - Be a US citizen living in CA

     - Plan on attending a vocational program
